Chanicha Chaimano
Founder & Director, Max Abundance
Chanicha has built a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the real estate industry across Thailand and Vietnam. She began her career in branding and communications, developing a strong foundation in strategic marketing before transitioning into real estate with TCC Capital Land, where she served as a Strategic Planner, successfully launching high-profile residential projects i.e Villa Sathorn, Villa Asoke, and S&S Sukhumvit. Building on this momentum, she took on a new challenge in the financial sector with Kiatnakin Bank PLC, leading Marketing and CRM for real estate project lending—blending her marketing acumen with investment strategy to support major developments.
She later founded her own consultancy, focusing on sales and marketing advisory. In 2021, a move to Vietnam expanded her market understanding through hands-on work with developer Viva Land.
Today, recognizing new market opportunities and driven by a strong regional network, Chanicha is expanding her expertise into the commercial property sector. Through strategic collaboration and a market-driven approach, she helps bridge landlords and retailers to unlock growth across Southeast Asia.

Anchalee leads investor relations at Max Abundance, focusing on connecting Thai investors with high-potential business opportunities across the nation, particularly in the dynamic food and beverage sector. With a strong background in retail consumer products and networking, she previously served as Head of Sales and Marketing at IFCG Public Company Limited, where she led nationwide initiatives to empower dealers and financial advisors in distributing investment products, including real estate. Her ability to blend financial insight with a deep understanding of consumer behavior has made her a trusted voice in investor engagement and market expansion. With a proven track record in building trust and driving business growth through strong partner networks, Anchalee plays a pivotal role in guiding Thai entrepreneurs toward successful expansion
